Berman Zhigalko
DE&I consultant
Berman is a consultant at FAIRER Consulting, a part of DE&I Advisory Services at Hays International. He is an experienced professional in diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as talent advisory.
Currently, Berman supports various clients across the private sector and is exploring new ways to embed DE&I into various processes within organisations.
He has supported and led several client projects around DE&I audit and talent acquisition, with his key interest lying in building DE&I strategy, as well DE&I behavioural change and activities.
Berman’s previous experience includes:
- Berman started his career at Deloitte, where he was able to lead on embedding DE&I principles into various process and functions, such as HR, IT and operations
- As a Management Consultant at Deloitte, Berman worked on various of human capital client projects including HR Transformations, Employee Experience, Talent and Learning, and EDI Advisory
- He acted as a project lead and manager for Deloitte UK Centre of Excellence for EDI Advisory and managed operations of the EDI Advisory practice in the UK
In addition to FAIRER Consulting:
- Berman holds M.Sc. in International Business with Emerging Markets and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh
- He is extremely passionate about social activism and social change. In his free time, he volunteers for Roma People charities in the UK and across Europe.
