Caitlin is an accomplished workplace diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expert and project and programme manager at FAIRER Consulting.
With a background in global professional services and consulting, Caitlin has a deep knowledge of embedding DE&I into business processes and has developed diversity and inclusion strategy for organisations in different sectors at both a global and regional level.
She is currently supporting a large complex global business on a race and gender leadership development programme.
Caitlin has a particular interest in:
- Data analysis and applying project management principles to evidence-based DE&I – interpreting data to identify barriers and measure outcomes, while focusing on actions everyone can take to drive real and meaningful culture change
- Embedding DE&I into wider business strategy at both a global and regional level
- Creating psychologically safe spaces, where people feel comfortable to be vulnerable and share their stories.
In addition to FAIRER Consulting:
- Caitlin is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute;
- A Fellow of the Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals;
- A graduate of the Common Purpose streetwise mba inclusive leadership programme;
- She also holds a Level 6 Certificate in Inclusion, Diversity and Equality and is a member of the West Riding County FA Diversity and Inclusion Board.
