Ravi is a leadership development and organisational change consultant with a track record of helping senior leaders align their people and culture to strategy. An executive coach and experienced facilitator, Ravi has become a trusted advisor to multiple CEOs, thanks to his ability to get under the skin of his client’s businesses and provide insights to help bring about sustainable behaviour change.

He began his career in customer and client services, helping to turn around underperforming departments into award-winning customer-facing operations. Ravi then combined his business transformation knowledge and background in psychology to successfully transition into organisational development.

Over the last 15 years Ravi has gained a reputation for adopting a pragmatic, outcome-focussed approach to helping individuals, teams and organisations identify and adopt the mindset and behaviours required to deliver strategic goals.

Previous experience:

  • Facilitated a senior leadership development programme for a global telecoms business, resulting in them attaining top three status in the Great Place to Work survey  
  • Designed and facilitated a global purpose and culture change programme for a global chemicals business - enabling them to significantly raise market share across all of their operating regions
  • Mentoring managing directors of a global retail bank to raise awareness and identify personal action plans to demonstrate allyship
  • Overhauled the ED&I strategy of a leading housing association to align with strategic objectives, increase engagement and ensure a much longer-term focus

Ravi has a particular interest in:

  • Using a focus on inclusion to bring people together in the service of better decision-making
  • Exploring embedded beliefs and attitudes as a way of unlocking personal behaviour change
  • Raising awareness of systemic organisational dynamics to help shift culture
