Dan Robertson
Director of FAIRER Consulting
Dan Robertson is MD of FAIRER Consulting and Global Head of ED&I Advisory Services at Hays International. Dan is widely regarded as a global expert on workplace diversity and inclusive leadership.
He began his career in race equality and inclusion management, working across public policy and private sector strategy.
Over the last 15 years Dan has spent his time supporting global business leaders to transform their ideas into meaningful action, with a focus on inclusion as a strategic management issue, bias mitigation and inclusive leadership. He has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.
Dan has a particular interest in:
- The psychology of human behaviour, group dynamics and social conformity
- Applying the principles of change management within a context of equity and inclusion
- The relationship between inclusive work cultures and wellbeing.
In addition to FAIRER Consulting:
- Dan is currently the Chair of the Lord Mayor of London’s Power of Inclusion programme (London)
- He has been named by Hive Learning as a top 50 D&I leader for his work globally and locally.
