If you join us what exactly will you be doing? - The role
 

We are looking to increase our consultancy business due to the growing demand for our services. You will work closely with senior members in the team delivering and executing on client projects. 

Our clients range from large and complex blue-chip international businesses or major government departments to smaller domestic based business across a wide range of sectors. They are typically seeking to skill up their leaders and others in areas of inclusive leadership and bias mitigation to those who want to develop sustainable ED&I strategies. No two organisations are the same, so you will need to be a strong listener, highly analytical and demonstrate real authority in inclusion at work, leadership, or culture change.

Objectives
 
  • Providing excellent client services covering training and consulting 
  • Meet with clients and nurture ongoing relationships 
  • Contribute to new product ideas and business innovation  
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the business  

Roles & responsibilities
 
  • Provide compelling and impactful packages of DE&I training from initial design through to delivery and any follow up activity 
  • You will deliver against the proposals through facilitated workshops and data gathering as well as follow up analysis and written reports 
  • Undertake inclusion and culture assessments and develop business strategies  
  • Help build the Fairer consultancy brand and ensure it is the consultancy of choice for organisations looking to invest in DE&I  
  • Support the design and launch of a series of brand-new products that will really make Fairer Consulting stand out from the crowd 
  • Build deep ongoing relationships with senior business leaders to ensure that Fairer is a continuing part of their ongoing journey 
  • As a key member of the team you will be a major contributor to the overall consultancy strategy and direction 
  • Attend industry events and contribute marketing material from blogs and research reports  
  • You will be expected to project manage your client programmes 
  • You will need to work closely with partner organisations and become an involved member of the DE&I community 

What you’ll need to succeed 
  • You will need to demonstrate that you have experience in delivering high quality programmes in DE&I, HR or Learning and Development  
  • Experience of facilitating workshop to a range of audiences from senior leaders to middle managers 
  • Experience of conducting qualitative research – focus groups, interviews etc 
  • Experience of using data and analytics in your approach 
  • You will need to have a commercial mindset 
  • You will need to be intellectually curious and willing to share and collaborate with the broader team 
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships and develop them 
  • Attention to detail and project management skills
