The business world, and society as a whole, is changing at unprecedented speed, as is the diversity, equity and inclusion landscape. Today’s complex and ever-changing world poses a number of critical questions for HR and DE&I professionals:

  • What’s working and what needs to change to create a truly fair workplace for everyone?
  • How can organisations embed fairness into the very fabric of their work cultures?
  • What does fairness even mean?
  • What does good DE&I practice look like and how can we measure fairness and inclusion at work?
  • How do we integrate DE&I with wider initiatives, such as ESG, employee engagement and wellbeing?
  • Where do we go from here? What does the future of DE&I look like?

Within this context, over the course a day, FAIRER Consulting, in partnership with Hays, is bringing together a number of key thought leaders from the fields of HR, DE&I and culture change, to explore some of today’s most pressing questions.

The aim of the day is to provide a space for honest and open reflection and to offer practical insights and best practical advice, using case studies and other insights.

This event is designed for Senior HR & DE&I professionals at mid to large enterprises. All sectors are welcome.

*Conditions Apply: The FAIRER Consulting conference is a free event but a non-attendance charge of £600 per head will be levied if you do not attend. You can cancel free of charge up to and including September 9, 2024. Due to the limited number of places available at the conference, tickets will be limited to a maximum of 2 per organisation.
