The business world, and society as a whole, is changing at unprecedented speed, as is the diversity, equity and inclusion landscape. Today’s complex and ever-changing world poses a number of critical questions for HR and DE&I professionals:
- What’s working and what needs to change to create a truly fair workplace for everyone?
- How can organisations embed fairness into the very fabric of their work cultures?
- What does fairness even mean?
- What does good DE&I practice look like and how can we measure fairness and inclusion at work?
- How do we integrate DE&I with wider initiatives, such as ESG, employee engagement and wellbeing?
- Where do we go from here? What does the future of DE&I look like?
Within this context, over the course a day, FAIRER Consulting, in partnership with Hays, is bringing together a number of key thought leaders from the fields of HR, DE&I and culture change, to explore some of today’s most pressing questions.
The aim of the day is to provide a space for honest and open reflection and to offer practical insights and best practical advice, using case studies and other insights.
This event is designed for Senior HR & DE&I professionals at mid to large enterprises. All sectors are welcome.
