The challenge

FAIRER Consulting was engaged by Lloyd's of London to design and deliver an Inclusive Leadership programme for their executive leadership team. This initiative aimed to enhance leadership capabilities in fostering an inclusive environment, aligned with Lloyd's corporate values.
