Alpa Kapasi

Alpa Kapasi joined BBVS in 2020 as the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager on the HS2 Old Oak Common project in Northwest London. Alpa leads on the design and delivery of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Programme at Old Oak Common – working closely with senior leaders within the Integrated Project Team (BBVS; HS2; WSP & Network Rail), colleagues and supply chain partners in delivering an inclusive project which touches the lives of Londoners in some of the most disadvantaged parts of the city.

Alpa has worked as a diversity and inclusion specialist for over 25 years across a broad spectrum of organisations in the public, private and third sectors, and in several jurisdictions including Europe, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Brazil.
