Lisa joined Wesleyan in 2017 and was promoted to HR Director in July 2021.
Lisa has 30 years' experience of working within HR within the professional services sector, as an independent consultant and spent most of her formative career at Lloyds TSB Bank in a variety of HR Business Partner and HR Manager positions.
Lisa is responsible for the People Strategy at Wesleyan ensuring that the business has the skills, capabilities and behaviours to deliver the strategic plan. She leads a team of 40 HR professionals delivering the full suite of HR Strategy and Services, including Performance Management, Organisational Design and Transformation, Reward and Recognition, Employee Value Proposition, Attraction and Retention, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion and a HR Shared Service.
Lisa is part of the Group Executive Committee and an SMF holder. She has accountability for both the Societies Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
