Manisha Mehrotra is the head of diversity and inclusion (D&I) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Bloomberg. Manisha leads the D&I strategy across 38 countries and delivers solutions that drive representation, engagement, and cultural change across the organization, which align to the global D&I strategy.
Manisha and her team partner with clients and Bloomberg teams to integrate D&I practices into business and workplace standards and improve the representation and advancement of ethnic talent.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Manisha started her career in communications and marketing at New York Life before moving to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Manisha is on the Catalyst European Advisory Board and Disability:IN Board of Directors, working to advance innovation that brings inclusion to the forefront of business and community.
Manisha earned a Master of Business Administration at Cornell University and a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University.
